Turning EHSS needs into practical digital tools.

I bring 17+ years of health and safety experience across HP, AMD, Logitech and AWS. At AWS, I build dashboards, AI agents and workflow tools using AI. I also represent APJC users in global safety product work, helping teams define needs, test tools and support rollout.

Three tools. Three different EHSS needs.

A selection of tools I built with AI to help teams review incidents, manage monitoring and complete audit work.

Incident reporting

See patterns across cases.

  • Team & risk-category views
  • Injury-pattern review
  • Global reporting

01

Global Recordable Injury Report

AWS · Incident analytics & reporting

I built a report with AI support to bring recordable injury information into one place. Teams can review cases by team and risk category, explore injury patterns and see where further investigation may be useful.

My role
Built the reporting tool and organized the case views for H&S users.
Decision it supports
Which recurring patterns need closer review and follow-up.

The report supports review. H&S practitioners make investigation and control decisions.

  • Program completion
  • Overdue assessments
  • Exposure by SEG

02

Global IH Dashboard

AWS · Noise monitoring & exposure review

I built the dashboard with the global IH team. It brings monitoring completion, overdue assessments and personal noise exposure into connected views, helping regional teams review coverage and exposure by Similar Exposure Group (SEG).

My role
Built the dashboard in collaboration with the global IH team.
Decision it supports
Where monitoring needs follow-up and which exposure results need expert review.

Coverage and exposure are reviewed together. The 557-site figure describes the live-site monitoring scope.

Project SAFE

Complete audit work together.

  • Global SMP search
  • Self-assessment
  • Global reporting
  • Online collaboration

03

Project SAFE

AWS · Audit & self-assessment workspace

I built Project SAFE to bring global SMP search, self-assessment, global reporting and shared online audit work into one workspace. Team members can work together online to complete an audit.

My role
Designed and built the workspace around the audit workflow.
Decision it supports
How teams find relevant requirements, review their assessment and complete audit work together.

A shared workspace connects the assessment work with the global reporting view.

Beyond these three examples

I have also built tools for other H&S workflows. I choose the tool around the work teams need to do.

  • Safety AI Agent
  • Safety training
  • Safety indicators
  • Emergency response communication
  • GEMBA + 7S joint inspection
  • Audit self-assessment

Start with the work. Build with the users.

My approach connects EHSS knowledge, practical tool building and the work needed to support adoption.

  1. 01

    Understand the need

Listen to users, map the workflow and agree on the problem the solution should address.

  2. 02

    Define & build

Turn needs into clear requirements. Build practical tools with AI and work with technical partners where needed.

  3. 03

    Test the workflow

Review data and outputs, test real use cases and bring user feedback into the next version.

  4. 04

    Support adoption

Help teams understand the tool, support rollout and keep improving it through feedback.

Earlier end-to-end delivery: Wan Hai EIS

I took a digital insurance system from business requirements through user acceptance testing to company-wide rollout. That experience gave me a practical view of the work between an idea and a system people can use.
