End-to-end solution delivery
Leads the full lifecycle — business discovery, requirements, build, UAT, deployment, and adoption. At Wan Hai, delivered a digital insurance system from zero to company-wide rollout. At AWS, took multiple safety dashboards and tools from idea to live use by global teams. Comfortable owning scope, schedule, and stakeholder alignment across the whole program.
Design, developer & user perspective
Bridges three angles in one person: what the user actually needs (design), what is practical to build and maintain (developer), and whether people will adopt it (user). This reduces handoff friction between EHSS field teams, IT, and vendors — and keeps requirements grounded in real operational work.
EHSS domain expertise
17+ years across industrial hygiene, incident management, risk assessment, occupational health, contractor safety, and audit workflows. ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 background. Can validate solution requirements, review outputs, and speak credibly with both site EHS teams and technical partners — not just manage the program from a distance.
AI and digital transformation
Already building AI-assisted safety tools at AWS — injury analytics, IH monitoring, audit workflows, and compliance tracking. APJC POC for global AI and safety products: translated field needs into requirements, tested tools before rollout, consolidated site feedback, and supported adoption. Familiar with low-code approaches and workflow automation.
Global program delivery
APJC H&S Program Owner at AWS (10+ sites). Regional HSS Manager at Logitech (13 regions, 35 sites). At HP: Regional EHS PM across 16 countries and 89 sites, Global EHS Branding and Communication Team Lead, and APJC EHS L&D Project Owner — led digitization of safety training across the region. Understands how to balance global standards with local regulatory requirements and keep distributed teams aligned without direct authority.
Governance, adoption & change
Led business acceptance testing and rollout decisions at AWS. Drove crisis communications at Logitech achieving 96%+ tool adoption. Partnered with HR, Legal, Security and operations teams to land programs that stick. Tracks adoption metrics and data quality after launch — not just delivery.
Trusted data & decision intelligence
Built dashboards that turn raw safety data into decisions teams can act on — not just reports. Focused on outcome visibility: which sites need follow-up, which exposure groups need control review, which injury patterns need investigation. Aligns with Micron's model of Trusted Data, AI Enablement, and Decision Intelligence.
Executive communications
Global EHS Branding and Communication Team Lead at HP — led EHS communications across AMS, EMEA, and APJ, translating program status and risk into clear executive messaging. At AWS, provides regular program updates to APJC leadership on H&S governance, dashboard outcomes, and compliance posture.
Vendor & partner management
Managed EAP, occupational health, and safety tool vendors at HP, Logitech, and AWS. At Logitech, coordinated delivery across US, Netherlands, and Ireland partners. At AWS, worked with software providers and global IH team to co-build the noise monitoring dashboard. Experience leading vendor selection, performance reviews, and contract coordination.
Enterprise EHSS platforms
Hands-on experience with Dakota (incident reporting), Archibus (chemical inventory and compliance), Workday (ergonomic and WFH assessments), and Percipio (safety training LMS). Familiar with how enterprise platforms connect regulatory requirements to operational workflows — and where they need custom tooling to fill gaps.
Crisis Management
Crisis Management Team member and Managing Council member across HP, AMD, Logitech, and AWS. Experience activating crisis protocols, coordinating cross-functional response, and managing communications during incidents — including coordinating mental health resources within 24 hours of a major public safety incident at AWS.
Location & availability
Currently based in Taipei, Taiwan. Open to relocation if the role requires it, and also happy to explore whether the role can be based in Taipei given the APAC scope of the work.
